New Specialized Course on the Protection of Biotechnological Inventions
Upon repeated suggestions form the MIPLC students, a new Specialized Course on the Protection of Biotechnological Inventions has been included in the MIPLC curriculum and will be taught from the current academic year on.
The course will be taught by professor Joseph Straus and Professor F. Scott Kieff. Its main focus will be the European and the US statutory law and practice, including special aspects of plant variety protection, as they are embedded in the TRIPS Agreement and the UPOV Convention.
