Curriculum Vitae

Professor Loewenheim is Professor Emeritus at the University of Frankfurt, Germany. He has also been a judge at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt a.M. and the Chair of the Fachbeirat for the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Patent, Copyright and Competition Law (now MPI for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law). Professor Loewenheim has been a visiting professor at renowned universities in the USA, Asia, and the Middle East.
