General Projects
General Projects are either short-term individual projects, realized by researchers visiting the MIPLC, or more extensive, collaborative projects, for which scholars at MIPLC cooperate with other scholars from all over the world.
Thanks to its distinguished faculty members from various parts of the world, as well as its diverse group of graduates (diverse with regard to national origin and educational background), the MIPLC is uniquely destined to facilitate in-depth research in collaborative projects on topics which would be difficult to handle for a single scholar.
In all projects, we aim to provide practical recommendations for their respective area of intellectual property law. If and where at all possible, results will be published.
