GRUR International publishes article co-authored by MIPLC alumnus Vilhelm Schröder

MIPLC alumnus Vilhelm Schröder, Class of 2015/16, published an article, co-authored with Philipp Widera, in the journal GRUR International on "Obtaining Evidence in Patent Litigation and Trade Secret Protection – A Tale of Two Poles." The two authors compare how the courts in two different jurisdictions - Finland and Germany - handle trade secrets in patent litigation.
