Yong Shook Lin Professorship in Intellectual Property Law

Professor Annette Kur has been selected for the prestigious Yong Shook Lin Professorship in Intellectual Property Law at the National University of Singapore.

A Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law, Professor Kur has been a member of the MIPLC faculty since 2003. She will hold the Yong Shook Lin Professorship in Intellectual Property Law in spring of 2013, joining, among others, Professor Reto Hilty (2007). At MIPLC, she teaches "International IP Convention Systems", "European, U.S. and International Trademark Law" and "European, U.S. and International Design Law."

The Yong Shook Lin Professorship in Intellectual Property Law was established at the National University of Singapore in 2002 with a gift of $2 million from Chief Justice Yong Pung How LLD ’01 and Mrs Yong Wei Woo.
