MIPLC Research Projects & Publications

Since 2008, MIPLC has been publishing outstanding Master's and Ph.D. theses in its own book series, published by the renowned "Nomos Verlagsgesellschaft." As part of their degree requirements, all LL.M. students must submit a Master's Thesis, allowing them to delve deeply into a specific area of intellectual property law, a central component of the LL.M. program.

Additionally, the MIPLC offers Ph.D. scholarships to its most promising LL.M. graduates pursuing an academic career. The completed Ph.D. theses, along with the best Master's theses from each academic year, are accessible in the MIPLC Projects and Publications database, providing a comprehensive overview of our research contributions.
